Trick or skate dude.

This year, I decided to go trick or skating. I thought it was a fantastic idea. However, the neighbors did not. With my latest obsession with all things retro I was looked, no, frowned upon as my I cruised through the neighborhood in my nineteen seventies skates. I decided to get wheels that flashed lights as I perused through the park. that also created a scene. I am not sure if it is because my costume was so authentic that even those who I tried to fool knew I was up to something. I mean what is wrong with wonder woman on skates? Everyone else was a fairy or a witch, there were wings, and daggers, too many pirates, if I might say so myself, and last but not least, bat men's and spider mens. I mean why is it that as soon as an adult has a little Halloween spirit the entire town gasps?

I guess they just don't see the beauty in a little skin on skates.

Where did you get your costume? I looked everywhere for a wonder woman costume, had to be a cop instead.

I'm sensing some inner conflict amongst the diva. First you bring on the whole dove inner beauty thing but then you dress up in a scanty skin-revealing outfit. Do we need to get you a life coach?

I definitely need a life coach. A, for my inability to be rude to my neighbors, and for my overzealous way in which I dress up for Halloween. Got any good ones? Phone numbers?

Can I borrow the scanty costume for next year? I might be ready by then to show some skin!

You sure can. May I suggest getting the proper attire for underwear however. I seemed to be falling out in places, no human eye should spy.

If I could get some Wonder Woman underoos in my size, like the ones I had when I was little (1981?), I would go for it-and wear them around like I did when I was little too. I wish I could have seen you saucy little skatester!

I LOVE the skates! I had white ones with orange wheels, orange stopper and sparkly green laces. Yes, I was a fashion disaster even at the age of 12.
